Project POLGVB: Appraisal appointment set

Just now got off the phone with Kenny from Wells Fargo Financial who stated he was the appraiser and wanted to make an appointment.

We agreed to have him come by on Monday, July 7 at 12:00 Noon to appraise the house.  He says it will take about a 1/2 an hour and he will be measuring the house and walking through the property to complete the appraisal.

So, here we go.  Forward progress on the possible funding of Project POLGVB.

I am excited, stressed, apprehensive and nervous.  All at the same time.  Wow.
