BREAKING NEWS: iPhone 4 COMING TO VERIZON ON TUE 11 JAN 2011 AT 1100 HRS

The Internet is EXPLODING RIGHT NOW with the BUZZ about the formal invite just sent out by Verizon regarding *some special event *.

Speculation is running rampant that THIS IS THE ONE WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR; i.e. the iPhone 4 will *finally* be available on Verizon.

The event will be held in New York on Tuesday January 11, 2011 at 11:00 hrs.

No mention of Apple is made on the invite, but considering the fact that Verizon doesn't hold many special events and that the invite has gone out to many prominent Apple journalists, it's difficult to conceive that this special event could be about *anything else* other than the iPhone 4 finally coming to Verizon.

We'll know for sure on TUE 11 JAN, but for now, all signals seem to point to the Singularity finally taking place.

Still in a box

The calendar transitioned from 2010 to 2011 and it had zero impact on my ability to address the issues that are stressing me out at LGVB. The piles are still untouched and all of this is compounded by the fact that I caromed into 2011 with a bitch of a cold...

Sales seem to be a little better than usual, so I'm trying to keep a positive outlook.

At least it seems to have stopped raining in L.A., so that's on the + side of the ledger.

The Great Cold of 2011 and ZICAM to the rescue
I started a regime of Zicam RapidMelt tablets at 1845 last nightbased on my mom's advice and it seems to have arrested the progress of the cold.  I am taking one tablet every four hours for the next 48 hours, as per the instructions on the side of the bottle.

As I write this, I am feeling a little bit better than yesterday. Hopefully I am on my way up and out of this cold.  It sucks being sick.

SO far, nothing. I keep expecting he hammer to drop and it doesn't.  Something has got to give and sooner than later.  I expect that my perspective at NGC is going to change and soon. We'll see what happens.
