20th Anniversary: Nice, no fanfare, peaceful.

20 years ago today, on a sunny Friday morning, my wife and I drove over to the South Bay Municipal Court House in Torrance, Ca and stood in front of a judge and got married.

So very much has happened in the intervening years that it's a little overwhelming to think about, really.

This evening we drove over to McCormick's & Schmick's in El Segundo for dinner. we arrived at 1800 on the dot and a pleasant enough time.  The food was really good and the service was OK also.

After dinner we drove over to Verizon in Hawthorne to see about getting a headset for my wife to use with her cell phone, as today is the day where the new law starts stating that you MUST NOT use a cell phone while driving a car unless you are using a hands-free device of some kind.
