A trip to the batting cages

This evening, my son, my cousin Alex and I drove over to Mulligan's in Torrance on Sepulveda and Western to spend some time in the batting cages.

You get 25 pitches for 2 tokens and you get a few token for $5.00.  We each took turns inside the batting cages and had a great time.  Of course, after years of not doing this, my hands were a little sore, especially my thumb on my left hand, which I seemed to have injured a few years back.

I had personally did much better than I expected, considering that I neglected to bring my glasses and my vision was pretty blurry the entire time I was there.  I will be going back soon with my glasses and I expect to do much better once I can see the ball clearly.

I am glad I found some local batting cages that I can come to whenever I feel like it.  Cool.
