Fixing the PV Kirchen Dell XPS PC

Bert and I are in the process of working out how we are going to fix the mutiple problems he is having with his kitchen PC.

Most of the backups were done on Friday 9/7/07 and so now what needs to be done is to locate an OS install CD (either a restore cd, an image on a partition, or an original XP disc).

Also to be fixed is the source of the very loud whining the machine is emmitng.
