Born in Los Angeles, lived here until 1974. Spent the next 8 *hellish* years in Mexico.
I returned to Los Angeles in the summer of 1982 at the age of 16 and I have been here ever since.
Discovered computers in 1984 and the Internet in 1995. After 1st surfing session in February of 1995, (on a 14.4 Kbps modem connected to Netcomn's NetCruiser, nonetheless) I had a major epiphany and *knew* that I would base my career path on Internet-Centric Computer Technical Support .
Have been doing Technical Support professionally for the last 10 years.
